10. What is the exchange rate ? I want to change US dollars to Japanese Yen.

11. The American dollar is worth 110 Yens and we charge a 2% commission.

12. Could you change this 100$ bill for tens and twenties ?

13. I can make up my mind on which supplier to choose.

14. What action should we take on our new competitor ?

15. I want a straight answer why will our shipment be late, again ?
